The method involves obtaining selection of media files (122), and regrouping the selected media files in a set of groups according to consistency criterion. A media pattern is selected from a set of predefined media patterns for each group of constructed media files, where the selected media pattern defines a media renderer for the media files of the group. The selected media patterns and associated media files are assembled to form an XML file (130) of a video sequence (140). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for creating a media sequence from media files (2) a microprocessor readable computer program product comprising a set of instructions for implementing a method for creating a media sequence from media files. |
