FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in heavy-duty tooth gears operating in the mode of impact loading. Gear wheel includes a body, a toothed rim with teeth and a pair of flat annular plates having the internal and the external perimeters in the form of circles and fixed on the ends faces of the teeth and the body end faces sections adjacent to the toothed rim. Outer diameter of the plates is more than the pitch diameter of the wheel and less than the diameter of the circle of the toothed rim vertices.EFFECT: provided is higher reliability and lower costs of the gear wheel manufacturing.1 cl, 1 dwg |
