FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, specifically to unit for butt joint three-ply sandwich panels (TSP) and used in said unit spacer element in form of a composite shaped article, parts of which form a system for hidden fastening of TSP on joints when mounting TSP to bearing frame of building. Technical result is achieved by that in unit for butt joint TSP, including two adjacent to each other ends of TSP, fixed each through face lining by means of threaded fastening elements to support element of bearing structure building or structure, and designed for concealment of visible elements of said attachment TPS composite shaped article, consisting of a base and decorative long profiles made from sheet galvanized steel by bending or rolled stock, wherein base profile has constant on its entire length cross section with central channel of open type conditionally of inverted U-shape and with extending in opposite directions from longitudinal side walls of channel top horizontal flanges, ending with inclined towards horizontal flange of channel extreme longitudinal side walls, and long decorative profile has constant throughout its length conditionally inverted U-shaped cross section and there is a thrust in central channel of base profile so, that external surface of longitudinal side walls of decorative profile is in contact with inner surfaces of longitudinal side walls of central channel of base profile, the base profile composite shaped article is fixed on the side of external lining of TPS, on joint line of ends of TPS by means of threaded fastening elements to support element of bearing structure.EFFECT: increased reliability of joint attachment of TSP with simultaneous improvement of manufacturability of composite shaped article used therein.14 cl, 7 dwg |
