FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to maxillofacial surgery. Bichat's fat pad is sampled in a capsule, then Bichat's fat pad is washed with a physiologic saline with addition of an antibiotic. By means of a blunt cannula a tunnel is formed along the low-orbital edge. Using the cannula as a conductor Bichat's fat pad is introduced from the lateral side of the eye corner, arranging it under the preseptal part of the eye orbicular muscle between the tarsoorbital and the malar ligaments periosteally on the low-orbital edge forming a section of hypercorrection considering the fact that about 40 % of the fat tissue must undergo lysis.EFFECT: method allows increasing the volume of soft tissues of the infraorbital region, strengthening the position of the lower eyelid and reducing the size of the palpebral fissure, excluding the possibility of eversion of the lower eyelid and complete biodegradation of the implant.1 cl, 1 ex, 2 dwg |
