FIELD: measuring equipment.SUBSTANCE: sensor (100) of exhaust gases is configured to measure oxygen concentration or ratio of components in air-fuel mix in exhaust gases of internal combustion engine. Waste gas sensor comprises sensitive element (10) and glass film coating (20). Sensitive element is configured to measure oxygen concentration or ratio of components in air-fuel mix in waste gas sensor. Glass film coating (20) is formed, at least, on the part of the surface of the sensitive element and is able to absorb a component with Mn contained in exhaust gases at the temperature of 700 °C.
