FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to methods of processing soya seeds, and is intended for production of protein-energy additives, which increase productivity of farm animals and birds. During the method fine soya grains are maintained during 60-90 minutes in natural chloride-calcium thermal water with the temperature of 60-70 °C at the outlet. Thermal water comprises micro- and macronutrients. Temperature of the thermal water is 65-70 °C slightly denatures the total protein, but the time is not enough for it to damage anti-nutritional substances of soya grains.EFFECT: use of the invention provides higher quality of fodders for farm animals and birds.1 cl |
