PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sightseeing support device, a sightseeing support method, and a program capable of preferentially presenting a sightseeing spot recommended by a sightseeing area side to a traveler, and encouraging the traveler to become a repeater who visits the sightseeing area several times.SOLUTION: A sightseeing support device 10 includes: a package setting part 11 for setting a package including a plurality of sightseeing spots; a score calculation part 12 for calculating scores for each sightseeing spot by using a degree of expectation whose value is set so as to be made higher according as user's expectation for a visit is high with respect to each sightseeing spot; an unvisited sightseeing spot specification part 13 for specifying a sightseeing spot that a user has not visited yet; and a guide information creation part 14 for creating information as a guide when the user visits for sightseeing on the basis of the scores calculated about the sightseeing spot that the user has not visited yet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
