PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone reservation device capable of enhancing reliability in the personal identification of a user who makes a phone call more than before.SOLUTION: A telephone reservation device 100 includes: a reservation receiving unit 101 for receiving reservation detailed information on one shop selected from among a plurality of shops by a user and user information on the user, from a user terminal 10 of the user through a telephone line; a store information storage unit 102 for storing vacant seat information on each of a plurality of shops together with the shop identification information; a propriety determination unit 103 for determining whether or not to perform a reservation satisfying the received reservation detailed information on the basis of the vacant seat information stored in the shop information storage unit 102; and an authentication unit 104 for performing personal authentication with respect to one of user information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
