PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent inconveniences related to an electrode of a working tank (called "tank side contact electrode") when a user washes and/or sterilizes the working tank in an ultrasonic nebulizer provided with a working tank that is attachable/removable to/from a body.SOLUTION: A working tank 4 includes a rod-like tank side contact electrode 11B extending in a vertical direction along an outer wall 4l of the working tank 4. A specific part 11Bs equivalent to a part of an outer peripheral surface of the tank side contact electrode 11B in a circumferential direction is exposed from the outer wall 4l, whereas the remaining part of the outer peripheral surface of the tank side contact electrode 11B is embedded inside the outer wall 4l and is conducted to the electrode of an ultrasonic vibrator. A body side contact electrode 11A comes in contact with the specific part Bs of the outer peripheral surface of the tank side contact electrode 11B when the working tank 4 is fitted to the body 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11 |
