Provided is a manufacturing method for a molded body having a standing portion such as a rib without using prepreg requiring a preheating step. In the manufacturing method of a molded body according to the present invention, the molded body has a first part and a second part standing up from the first part, the method comprising disposing a second material on the surface of a first material, the first material including a reinforced fiber (A) longer than 30mm and a thermoplastic resin (B), wherein the reinforced fiber (A) is dispersed in the first material and the thermoplastic resin (B) is substantially not impregnated in the reinforced fiber (A), the second material including a reinforced fiber (a) with a length of 1-30mm and a thermoplastic resin (b), wherein the reinforced fiber (a) is dispersed in the second material and the thermoplastic resin (b) is substantially not impregnated in the reinforced fiber (a), and molding the first part and the second part simultaneously with a one-time press processing, wherein the adhesive strength of the thermoplastic resin (B) and the thermoplastic resin (b) is at least 2N/15mm. |
