The present invention relates to earphones for preventing hearing loss and, more specifically, to earphones for preventing hearing loss that use a bone-conduction method, as well as an air-conduction method, to enable a user to clearly hear sounds despite a low sound output, thereby preventing an abnormality in the sense of hearing even though the user uses the earphones for a long time and preventing sounds from being heard outside even though the sound output is raised, which makes it possible to reduce noise pollution. To this end, the present invention provides earphones for preventing hearing loss that comprise: a case; and a module provided inside the case to reproduce sounds, wherein the module comprises: a first frame having the main vibration plate provided on the upper end thereof; a voice coil connected to the lower portion of the main vibration plate to vertically move the main vibration plate; a magnet provided inside the first frame to correspond to the voice coil; and a mastoid connected to the upper portion of the main vibration plate to move upward and downward similar to the main vibration plate. |
