Disclosed are a resource allocation method, a base station, and a communications system. The method in an embodiment of the present invention comprises: when physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resources need to be allocated to a user equipment (UE), determining the cell group of a current cell according to a cell identity, acquired in advance, of the current cell; allocating a slot0 PUCCH resource in current useable PUCCH resources to the UE if the cell group of the current cell is a first cell group, or allocating a slot1 PUCCH resource to the UE if slot0 PUCCH resources have been completely allocated; and allocating a slot1 PUCCH resource in the current useable PUCCH resources to the UE if the cell group of the current cell is a second cell group, or allocating a slot0 PUCCH resource to the UE if slot0 PUCCH resources have been completely allocated. Embodiments of the present invention reduce resource interference, improve the reliability of CSI, and improve LTE downlink performance. |
