1. An antibody or functional fragments thereof which can specifically bind to HER2, wherein the antibody comprises a heavy chain and a light chain, in which:
(i) the heavy chain comprises three CDR regions, in which at least one of the CDR regions has the amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1, 2 or 3 or having at least 80% sequence identity with SEQ ID NO: 1, 2 or 3; and (ii) the light chain comprises three CDR regions, in which at least one of the CDR regions has the amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 4, 5 or 6 or having at least 80% sequence identity with SEQ ID NO: 4, 5 or 6.
