PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional acrylonitrile-based fiber in which photocatalyst is contained, that can solve the problems of the prior art, such as deterioration suppression of fiber due to photocatalysis, effective utilization of photocatalyst, suppression of fall-off of photocatalyst or simplification of a manufacturing process, and in addition that can exhibit photocatalysis even for light in a visible light region.SOLUTION: A functional acrylonitrile-based fiber contains 0.5 to 3.0 pts.wt. of visible light-responsive photocatalytic fine particles having an average particle size of 50 to 200 nm, for 100 pts.wt. of acrylonitrile-based polymer. |
