PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric motor which removes abrasion powder adhering to a surface of a rotor without scattering the abrasion powder.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric motor includes: (A) an actuator having an element that vibrates; (B) a rotor that has a cylindrical shape and is rotated around a center axis of the cylindrical shape in a rotation direction by a protrusion, which is provided at a tip portion of the actuator, contacting with a peripheral surface of the rotor when the element vibrates; and (C) a removal part having an electrode which is provided at a position facing the peripheral surface of the rotor so as not to contact with the rotor and a grounding wire, and removing a foreign object adhering to the peripheral surface of the rotor. |
