PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear shift operating device for a vehicle capable of carrying out a shift operation without the hands of a driver leaving the steering wheel.SOLUTION: A gear shift operating device for a vehicle is arranged on the vehicle front side of a spoke part 8 along its radial direction. In addition, one end part 10c is rotatably supported at a side end part of a center part in a covered part 34 in the spoke part 8. Another end part 10d comprises: an operation lever 10 capable of projecting to a vehicle front side at a grip side end part of the covered part 34; and a switch 20 attached on vehicle rear side surface of the operation lever 10. A shift stage in transmission is switched-over by operating the switch 20 via the operation lever 10. |
