PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device which can carry a workpiece in and out a cleaning chamber efficiently and improves work efficiency in cleaning a plurality of workpieces continuously.SOLUTION: A cleaning device 1 includes: a turret head 22 having a nozzle 2; a turn table 41 having a plurality of fixing parts 60 for fixing a workpiece W; and a cleaning chamber 50 in which the turret head 22 and the turn table 41 are housed. The cleaning device 1 sprays a cleaning liquid jetted from the nozzle 2 on the workpiece W fixed on the fixing part 60. The cleaning chamber 50 is partitioned into an attaching/detaching space 53 for attaching/detaching the workpiece to/from the fixing part 60, and a cleaning space 54 in which the turret head 22 is arranged. When the turn table 41 is rotated, the fixing part 60 arranged in the attaching/detaching space 53 moves to the cleaning space 54, and the fixing part 60 arranged in the cleaning space 54 moves to the attaching/detaching space 53. |
