PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of manufacturing coke high in strength stably at low cost even when the amount of bony coal blended to molding coal is increased in a manufacturing method of coke by injecting molding coal into a coke oven with dust coal and destructive distilling them.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of coke by pulverizing mixed coal for molding coal containing bony coal, adding a binding filler to the mixed coal after pulverization and mixing them, then molding them by a molding machine to prepare molded coal, and injecting the molded coal with a dust coal manufactured by pulverizing other mixed coal for dust coal into a coke furnace and destructive distilling them, where blend coal having ΣTD of less than 40% and RD of less than 75 mass% is used as the blend coal for molding coal where ΣTD is a weighted average total expansion ratio with weighted averaging total expansion ratio of coal to be blended and RD is a ratio of coal particle having particle diameter of 3 mm or less after pulverization of the blend coal, and further molded coal molded by adding the binding filler of 9 to 17 mass% is added to the blended coal for molded coal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
