The cooling device has a coolant distributor (3) which is provided with an inflow (5) and an outflow (6). The inflow and outflow are comprised with a flow opening (7) which extends in a direction of a main channel (10) of the channels (2). Some of the channels of the cooling structure are open to the coolant distributor and a predetermined number of channels are fluidically connected to the inflow and the outflow. The main channel of the predetermined number of channels fluidically connected to the inflow and outflow is the channel which is furthest away from the inflow and outflow. |
