摘要 A robot hand (8) has a hand base portion (31) mounted on the distal end of the arm (7), a workpiece holding unit (32) provided to the hand base portion (31), and a workpiece positioning unit (34) for positioning the workpiece (13) held by the workpiece holding unit (32) in a predetermined position with respect to the workpiece holding unit (32). The workpiece holding unit (32) has an sucking portion (33) for sucking the surface of the workpiece (13) so as to releasably hold the workpiece (13), and the sucking portion (33) is elastically deformable in a direction parallel to the surface of the workpiece (13) in the state that the workpiece (13) is sucked. A robot hand having a function of positioning a workpiece in a predetermined position with respect to a workpiece holding unit can be provided.
