The arrangement (10) has a sensor detecting a motion of a hand rim fastening unit (14) relative to a running wheel fastening unit (12). Two set of resetting elements (32a, 32b) are laid on stoppers of the running wheel fastening unit, in a null position of the arrangement, and include two sections (36a, 36b) that are lifted from the stoppers by a relative motion of the fastening units, respectively. One of the sections is moved against resetting force of one of the set of the elements, and the other section is movably arranged against the force of another set of elements. The sensor is selected from pressure sensor or force sensor and hall sensor. An independent claim is also included for a wheelchair wheel. |
