PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a microwave oven paper cup in which burnt deposits are hardly caused in a rim of a bottom part, and to provide a manufactured microwave oven paper cup and a paper container using the same.SOLUTION: A method is provided for manufacturing a microwave oven paper cup comprising: a body member with a folding part formed in a lower end; and a bottom member, wherein the cup includes a cylindrical body formed by stacking and bonding both edges of the body member, and the bottom having the bottom member. The method of manufacturing the microwave oven paper cup includes the steps of: folding the folded part of the lower end of the body into inside; forming a folded piece; forming a bent piece by bending a circumference edge of the bottom member in a lower direction; and bonding the bent piece by sandwiching it between the body and the folded piece. The method of manufacturing the microwave oven paper cup is characterized in that at least one first notch part is formed in the folded part, and at least one second notch part is formed in the end edge of the bent piece, and also at least one through-hole penetrating through the bonding part is formed. |
