PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overvoltage protection circuit capable of protecting an inner circuit from an abnormal overvoltage with certainty.SOLUTION: An overvoltage protection circuit 2A comprises: an input terminal 3; first to n-th protection circuits 10to 10arranged between the input terminal 3 and an inner circuit 5, and each having first stage to n-th stage (n is an integer of 2 or more) switching element NMto NM; and a rectification element D10 whose one end is connected with an input terminal 3, and whose other end is connected with the first to n-th protection circuits 10to 10. First to n-th control ends of the first stage to n-th stage switching elements NMto NMare arranged in an order of a wiring distance from the other end of the rectification element D10. Among the wiring distances between the first to n-th control ends of the first stage to n-th stage switching elements NMto NMand the input terminal 3, the wiring distance between the first control end of the first stage switching element NMand the input terminal 3 is the maximum. |
