PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that is effective to efficiently execute application software by coordinating a plurality of information communication devices.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle communication device 200 according to the invention includes an information storage unit 230 which stores one or more application software programs and a control unit 210 which is able to execute the one or more application software programs stored in the information storage unit 230. The control unit 210 is information communicatively connected to a portable communication apparatus 300 capable of executing one or more application software programs via a communication line 400, and coordinates with the portable communication apparatus 300 so that a main entity executing the same application software program is changed between the control unit and the portable communication device 300. |
