PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous cosmetic containing a ceramide excellent in moistening properties, without stickiness when used, having excellent moist feeling, and excellent in temporal stability.SOLUTION: An aqueous cosmetic contains (A) a compound selected from a ceramide and a ceramide analog; (B) an oily component; (C) a hydrophilic surfactant selected from a hydrolyzed collagen and a derivative thereof; and (D) a water-soluble amphipathic component. |
