摘要 The invention relates to an optical measurement method and an optical measurement device for determining the spatial or spatio-temporal distribution of a sample, said sample comprising at least one re-emitting source, said at least one re-emitting source re-emitting light as a function of the light projected onto the sample, in accordance with a determined law, by a first light source comprising a first laser, and the re-emitting source being able to be depleted of activated by the action of a second light source, comprising a second laser, the method comprising: the use of two lasers, the wavelength of one of the lasers being tuned to the excitation wavelength of said at least one re-emitting source and the wavelength of the second laser being tuned to the depletion or activation wavelength of said at least one re-emitting source, the achievement for each laser, using a polarization sub-module, of a controlled polarization condition, the projection onto the sample by means of an achromatic optical projection device of at least two compact light distributions from different topological families, propagating along the same optical path, the detection of the re-emitted light by said at least one re-emitting source of the sample; the generation of at least one optical image from the detected light; and the algorithmic analysis of the optical images to obtain information on the location of said at least one re-emitting source. The invention also describes the production of the cited achromatic optical projection device, using modules based on conical diffraction or on other optical effects.
