PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that gives no disadvantages to a player conducting no fraudulent acts while preventing a prize ball from being obtained by an illegal method.SOLUTION: A game machine comprises: a fullness detection part for detecting fullness in which the prescribed number of game balls is present on a tray for storing paid-out game balls; a shooting device and a shooting control part for supplying the game balls to a game area; and a game control part for determining a game state to be a big winning game state if a result of a lottery to be executed when the game balls supplied to the game area by the shooting device and the shooting control part pass through a start area, shows prize winning. The game control part determines the game state to be a probability variable game state when a prescribed first condition is satisfied, and/or determines it to be a time shortening game state when a prescribed second condition is satisfied. The shooting device and the shooting control part suspend the supply of the game balls to the game area when the fullness detection part detects the fullness, and forbid the suspension of the supply of the game balls when the game control part determines the game state to be the probability variable game state and/or the time shortening game state. |
