PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting machine capable of automating cleaning of a cutting blade or the like without being increased in size.SOLUTION: When a prepreg is used as a sheet material to be cut, a resin component adheres to a cutting blade 4. A cleaning unit 10 of a cleaner 9 is capable of acting to clean the cutting blade 4 by being brought into contact with the cutting blade 4. A support unit 11 movably supports the cleaning unit 10 between a standby position 10b outside a range where the cutting blade 4 is movable and an advance position 10a to the inside of the range. A cleaning operation can be automatically performed by data-controlling the cutting blade 4 to move to the advance position 10a and move while being brought into contact with the cleaning unit 10. A region which cannot be used for an operation as a cutting machine is not generated in the moving range of the cutting blade 4 by moving the cleaning unit 10 to the standby position 10b. |
