PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control transmission power so that the total transmission power of a mobile terminal device is settled within regulated transmission power.SOLUTION: A mobile terminal device includes transmission power control parts (307, 507) which control transmission power so that the total transmission power of a plurality of component carriers is settled within regulated transmission power when the plurality of component carriers are allocated to an uplink, and an uplink control information signal is multiplexed to a specific component carrier among the plurality of component carriers. The transmission power control parts (307, 507) control the transmission power of the specific component carrier so as to be maintained higher than the transmission power of other component carriers when the total transmission power exceeds the regulated power. |
