PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a laminated sheet with superior appearance, which can inhibit generation of a linear defect in an extrusion flow direction.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a laminated sheet is to manufacture a laminated sheet in which a methacrylate resin layer containing a rubber-like polymer is laminated at least on one side of a polycarbonate resin layer. The method comprises a step of melting and kneading a polycarbonate resin with a first extruder 2 and supply it to a distribution block 10, a step of melting and kneading the methacrylate resin with a second extruder 5 and feed it to the distribution block 10, making it pass through a polymer filter 7, and a step of laminating the polycarbonate resin and the methacrylate resin all in one piece using the distribution block 10, and then, extrusion-molding the laminated resin now in one piece, in a sheet form, from a multi-manifold die 15. |
