When delivering the liquid, an air layer is formed at the leading end of the tip (23) due to suctioning air after suctioning the liquid to be delivered to the tip (23); then, the tip (23) is moved to the delivery destination of the liquid, and the liquid that was suctioned is discharged from the tip (23). |
