PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a filter cloth in a tensioned state on filtration surfaces of front and back sides of a filter plate by easily thread-stitch-binding a lower end of the filter cloth, without use of a filter cloth stretching rod.SOLUTION: A connection structure includes a protruding edge 14 that is provided by folding and sewing a lower end to each lower end of a filter cloth arranged below a lower end 1a of a filter plate, in a filter cloth 2 for covering front and back sides of a filter plate 1, and a cylindrical body 16 in which one slit 17 is drilled throughout a longitudinal area of a side wall. Each protruding edge 14, which is slide-inserted from a one-end opening 16a of the cylindrical body 16, is held in an anti-coming-off manner through the slit 17 within the cylindrical body 16 so that the lower end of the filter cloth can be thread-stitch-bound. |
