PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane for an immunochromatography test strip, a test strip, and an inspection method that can shorten the time required detecting a substance to be detected and whose detection sensitivity quality is improved.SOLUTION: A membrane for an immunochromatography test strip is made of cellulose nitrate used for a chromatographic medium. The membrane has at least one substance selected among an alkane sulfonic acid sodium, an n-octanoyl-N-methylglutamine, polyoxyethylene(30)docosyl ether, and a glycerol externally added by 0.02 to 0.6 mass% with respect to membrane mass. |
