PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally conductive composition without causing skinning on the surface even if heat is continuously applied for a long time.SOLUTION: There is provided a thermally conductive composition which comprises: an alkyl-modified silicone oil; zinc oxide having an average particle diameter of 0.6 to 0.7 μm and a BET specific surface area of 3.5 to 4.0 m/g; pentaerythritol tetrakis (3- (3, 5-di-tert-4 butyl-hydroxyphenyl) propionate; and pentaerythritol tetrakis (3-laurylthiopropionate). |
