PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device capable of adjusting sensitivity in input detection, taking into account differences in thickness and shapes between operators' fingers, characteristics of input operation and the like.SOLUTION: A keyboard device 10 as an input device includes a flat input operation surface provided with plural character symbols and plural touch sensors 3 for detecting change in capacitance on the input operation surface. The input device further includes: a storage unit 5 for storing therein input determination information 52 for each of plural areas obtained by dividing the input operation surface; and an input determination unit 62 for determining an area to which a touch sensor 3 having detected change in capacitance belongs, obtaining input determination information 52 corresponding to the area from the storage unit 5, and determining whether or not character symbol input operation has been performed using the obtained input determination information 52. |
