Also, a method and network element for coordination between network nodes in a heterogeneous network, the method receiving, at a first network node, load information from at least one other network node; configuring an almost blank subframe (ABS) pattern and a power offset value based on the received load information; providing the power offset value to at least one other network node; and signalling at least one of the power offset value and an ABS threshold value to at least one user equipment. |
