PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy consumption amount prediction system and power consumption prediction method capable of predicting an energy consumption amount by means of easily available minimum information only.SOLUTION: A control unit 3 compares a total power consumption amount and a predicted power consumption amount in an average power consumption pattern; calculates a correction power consumption amount of every 30 minutes by multiplying the average power consumption pattern by a fixed constant every 30 minutes so that the total power consumption amount is coincident with the predicted power consumption amount in the average power consumption pattern, where a graph is obtained from the correction power consumption amount; and displays the obtained information in a display unit 13. |
