PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of determining the demand adjustment cost for optimizing the interests on the business side, without solving the optimization problem by approximating the demand adjustment response characteristics.SOLUTION: A demand adjustment formulation device includes a demand adjustment response characteristics setting section 1 indicating the relationship of demand adjustment cost and demand adjustment response amount, and a demand response effect calculating section 2 for calculating the demand response effect with respect to the demand adjustment cost. The demand adjustment formulation device includes a demand response merit calculating section 3 for calculating the demand response merit with respect to the demand adjustment cost, based on the demand adjustment response characteristics and demand response effect, and determining the demand adjustment cost based on the demand response merit. |
