PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ceramic slurry and its production method which can pulverize particles composing a ceramic layer, and a solid oxide fuel cell.SOLUTION: Ceramic slurry contains a dispersion medium and ceramic fine particles. The ceramic fine particles has an average particle diameter measured by dynamic light scattering of 100 nm or less, and are contained at 0.1 mass% or more. The ceramic slurry is obtained by crushing ceramic coarse particles using first ceramic balls in a first mixing step and crushing the ceramic coarse particles using second ceramic balls having an average particle diameter smaller than that of the first ceramic balls in a second mixing step. |
