The present invention is to provide a dampproofing layer which can accurately accomplish original functions while making the thickness thinning and the weight lightening with a simple configuration, and high quality electric and electronic equipment efficiently formed using the dampproofing layer by improving mechanical strength and position alignment characteristics in an attachment work. The present invention relates to a dampproofing layer comprising: an aluminum layer; and a laminated body having first and second protecting layers. The first and second protecting layers are laminated on the top and the bottom of the aluminum layer and have the same tensile modulus. The thickness of the laminated body is 50 μm or less. The thickness of the aluminum layer is 20 μm or less. |
