PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress interference between mooring cables in a workbench vessel.SOLUTION: A ring member 100 is positioned in the right front of a right front fair-leader 32a of a workbench vessel 10a, and also positioned in the left front of a left front fair-leader 31b of a workbench vessel 10b. A wire rope 101a is fixed to a first anchor 4 on a left bank 3 of a dam body 1 at one end thereof, and the other end of the wire rope 101a is attached to the ring member 100 via a shackle. A wire rope 101b is fixed to a second anchor 7 on a right bank 6 of the dam body 1 at one end thereof, and the other end of the wire rope 101b is attached to the ring member 100 via the shackle. A wire rope 52a fed from the right front fair-leader 32a is attached to the ring member 100 via the shackle at a tip thereof. A wire rope 51b fed from the left front fair-leader 31b is attached to the ring member 100 via the shackle at a tip thereof. |
