PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a paper cup and a heater nozzle for molding an annular leg portion that prevent occurrence of strength deterioration and appearance failure caused by entry of moisture from an end of a peripheral edge of a bottom member to a paper base material in the annular leg portion of the paper cup.SOLUTION: A bottom member having a peripheral edge folded downwardly is inserted to inside of a cylindrical body member having a body bonding portion. After each of the peripheral edge coming into contact with the body member and a lower end inner face of the body member is heated by hot air jetting from a heater nozzle for molding an annular leg portion, a lower part of the body member is folded inwardly so as to form a lower part folding portion. The folded end of the body member is further folded inwardly so as to form an upper part folding portion. A portion on a tip side from the upper part folding portion is overlapped with the peripheral edge, and a lower end of the body member, the upper part folding portion and the peripheral edge of the bottom member are pressed and brought into close contact with each other, so as to mold the annular leg portion. |
