PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blanket that has superior reception performance of ink and transferability to a printed matter, and has no winding up of the printed matter.SOLUTION: An offset printing blanket has a surface layer including silicon rubber. The surface layer is partially coated with silicon dioxide (SiO), and has a tack value by a probe tack test regulated by JISZ0237 of 200gf or less, and a tack value with respect to a mending tape of 250gf or more. |
