In an endoscope according to the present invention, a front part for extension of an insertion part and a rear housing part for extension of a cable are connected in an L shape, and a forceps port connected to the insertion part is configured so as to be able to rotate, and by a configuration in which a bending operation lever is arranged in an L-shaped joint middle position, a configuration is obtained in which the front part is caused to function as a first gripping part and the rear housing part is caused to function as a second gripping part, and the hold thereof can be changed, and regardless of the gripping state, the position of the bending operation lever or the forceps port and a finger position coincide, and the endoscope can be comfortably operated. |
