PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation transmitting device simply constructed to develop sufficient performance for all of the tilt of a rotation axis, misalignment, axial deviation, and backlash.SOLUTION: A rotation transmitting device 10 having a pair of rotary members connected to each other to be rotated around the same rotation axis A includes a first member 11, an intermediate member 13, a second member 12 and an elastic plate 14 arrayed coaxially with the rotation axis A. The first member 11 and the intermediate member 13 are connected via a first turning mechanism 21 turnable around a first turn axis A1, and the second member 12 and the intermediate member 13 are connected via a second turning mechanism 22 turnable around a second turn axis A2. One rotary member is connected to the first member 11, and the other rotary member is connected to the second member 12 via the elastic plate 14. The elastic plate 14 has fixed holes 142 via which the other rotary member is connected thereto and fixed holes 148 via which the second member 12 is connected thereto, isolated a predetermined distance D from each other. |
