PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction processor capable of detecting that a bill is exchanged even when the exchanged bill is collected after a paid bill and a different bill are exchanged.SOLUTION: A transaction processor having a bill reception/payment function includes: a bill storage part storing bills; a bill take-out port bringing the bills into a state that the bills can be taken out; a bill holding part collecting and holding residual bills present in the bill take-out port after a prescribed time lapses after the bills stored in the bill storage part are carried to the bill take-out port and come into the state that the bills can be taken out; a bill information acquisition part acquiring bill information for specifying at least one of a combination between a serial number and arrangement order of each bill and a combination between the serial number and a direction of each bill, about each of paid bills carried to the bill take-out port and the residual bills; and a bill information comparison part comparing the bill information of the paid bills and the bill information of the residual bills. |
