[Class 87 (i)] A facing tile 5, Fig. 1, is provided on its rear surface with two or more projections 6 serving as anchorages for one or more wires 7 which bed firmly into a concrete wall 10, Fig. 3, and secure the tile against removal; the upper portions 8 of the projections are tapered. The projections may take the form of screws threaded into apertures in the tile, or of undercut ribs which are engaged by hook-ended wires.</p> |
