PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To engage a start clutch without generating clutch judder when idle stop is returned before stop of a vehicle by executing idle stop control during deceleration.SOLUTION: A constant pressure control period of an engagement control pattern of a start clutch when an engine comes to an automatic stop during deceleration travel, the start clutch is released and then the engine is restarted before stop of a vehicle is set to be shorter than a constant pressure control period of an engagement control pattern when the engine is restarted after stop of the vehicle. Also, a target pressure of the constant pressure control period of the engagement control pattern when the engine is restarted before stop of the vehicle is set to be higher than the target pressure of the constant pressure control period of the engagement control pattern when the engine is restarted after stop of the vehicle. |
