PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater foundation capable of: preventing a pervious asphalt mat from being damaged or washed out by smoothly releasing uplift force; and reinforcing a rubble mound.SOLUTION: An underwater foundation has a first rubble mound 13 paved with rubble stones 12; a first pervious asphalt mat 1 laid down so as to cover the first rubble mound 13; a second rubble mound 14 with the rubble stones 12 paved on the first pervious asphalt mat 1; and a second pervious asphalt mat 1 laid down so as to cover the second rubble mound 14. |
