[Class 108 (i)] [Also in Group X] Draught excluders for doors and windows, beadings, edgings, mouldings and like finishings for upholstery and other purposes including cornice mouldings for motor vehicles and stair treads are made of fabric impregnated or coated with a resilient substance such as rubber latex and moulded or fashioned to the required cross-section, and provided with an outer covering. The impregnated fabric is vulcanised and has a cross-sectional shape which is flat or on edge for attachment and is of tubular, incomplete tubular or channel section directed to or away from the flat portion. The tubular part may be formed by rolling the material on itself. The material is coated with fabric or flock may be sprayed thereon. It may be reinforced wholly or at the edges by a metal plate or'by crimped wire cores. Specifications 516,472 and 522,025, [both in Group X], are referred to. |
